Sweet Sunday to you š One year ago, I sent the very first issue of The Weekly Pause and Reset! I had no idea who would read it or where I was going with it, only that I wanted to create a small moment in the week to breathe, pause, and reset for the week ahead (for myself as much as for others reading it!). My goal was to commit to one year, 52 weeksā¦and here we are on week 53! š A big thank you to those of you that have been reading since the beginning, and a warm welcome to those of you who are new here. I completely recognize how precious your time is, and I honor the space of your email inbox. Thank you for sharing your time and space with me each Sunday :)

A bit of a (re)introduction: ā¬ļø I live in rural Vermont with my husband and have 3 kids (two in college!). Some things that make me the happiest include: hiking with my pooch, soaking in the simple beauty of nature, going to yoga followed by the coffee shop after, hunkering down with a good read, tea-time, and soup season (now through spring!). |

Itās Soup Season!! Grab a chunk of fresh baguette or other fresh bread and enjoy this hearty and healthy lentil soup that 100% hits the spot on a fall day! (fyi, I used lacinato kale in place of the spinachā¦and I didnāt have any smoked paprika so I omitted it and was still flavorful ;) |
