Small Steps to Radiating Change

Happy Sunday and Happy New Year!

This time of year can be so inspiring! I feel super-charged, empowered, optimistic, open-minded, & curious for what’s in store for the new year. I’ve set some intentions, aspirations, ideas & goals for myself for 2025.

I’ll admit though, sometimes I have moments of doubt & analysis-paralysis that I need to talk myself through! Sometimes even just thinking about making a change towards a new behavior or starting something new can be overwhelming. Where do I begin? How do I begin? How long will it take? Will I be able to do it?

If there is one key takeaway that I hope to impart with this WPR edition it’s this:

Pick just one tiny step and start with that.

Whatever step you choose to start with does not need to be earth-shattering…just start and the momentum will follow (see blog post below for more on this). 💖

This may sound dramatic, but every choice you make from the moment you wake up impacts the outcome of your day…

Here’s a quick ‘About Me’:

I live in beautiful VT, mom of 3, wife of 1 ; ) , with 2 fur-babies. I’m an Occupational Therapist, Health & Wellness Coach, and currently working towards a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification and an OT graduate certificate in Lifestyle Redesign. Other loves: all things nature, flower gardening, hiking, relaxing by the wood stove (winter) or on the porch (summer), teatime, a good maple latté, simplicity, lifelong learning, and creative problem-solving!
