Sweet Sunday Morning to you (assuming you’re reading this in the morning!). Sundays can bring a mix of emotions from both ends of the spectrum…A day of rest. The ‘Sunday Scaries’. A ‘Family Day’…Easy Like a Sunday Morning. Monday marks the start of a new week, maybe back into the hustle & bustle of commitments, timelines, and schedules. As much as you can today, my wish for you is that you can linger and allow yourself a bit of time to savor a moment of calm, sink into your sweet spot of rest & relaxation for a few minutes (or hopefully more!). You work hard, now it’s time to pause & reset in preparation for the week ahead. Your future self will thank you, as you head into your week feeling more rejuvenated, grounded, and maybe even a bit happier. Sometimes you need to slow down before you can speed up.
