Happy Sunday! The Spring Equinox is upon us! The transition from winter to spring is not a linear process (especially in VT!)…rain, snowstorms, ice, warmth, sunshine, then back to snow…sometimes all in one day! Adjusting to the changing weather takes understanding, adaptation, and patience. Sounds like life, right? Change in any form can evoke anticipation, uncertainty, excitement, and/or apprehension. As we shift from winter to spring and the ground begins to slowly soften, we can also allow ourselves to thaw and soften after a long winter. Feeling the warmth of the sun as it covers the ground like a warm blanket can be magical on a sunny spring day! Where can you meet, experience, feel and accept the challenges of change?
