Group Well-Being Workshops
Each Well-Being Workshop is uniquely tailored to meet your needs, designed to be experiential and takes a “hands-on” approach to facilitate learning & growth during the time together. We will dive into evidence-based education, get immersed in experiential activities (when applicable), and welcome open discussion. Every participant will walk-out with relevant handouts, inspiration, and a self-designed compelling and actionable plan with skills & strategies to implement immediately into their daily lives.
Each Workshop is 30-60 minutes (or as desired).

Within this workshop, we will take a deep-dive into a ‘self-care planning process’ to help you develop an achievable and individualized plan that fills your cup and nourishes your soul!

Burnout is defined by the American Psychological Association as “physical, emotional, or mental exhaustion accompanied by decreased motivation, lowered performance, and negative attitudes toward oneself and others. It results from performing at a high level until stress and tension, especially from extreme and prolonged physical or mental exertion or an overburdening workload, take their toll.
In this workshop, we will assess and explore red flags of burnout, take a burnout self-assessment test, explore the concept of ‘quiet quitting’ and ‘presentee-ism’ and discuss burnout prevention so you can shine bright like a diamond!

Creating a healthy balance within our days is one of the keys to well-being, health, happiness, and overall quality of life.
During our time together we will use the Wheel of Life to explore your current life-balance and discuss how your daily routines, habits, and roles can have an impact.
You will walk away with a deeper understanding of areas of your life where there is imbalance and where you would like to focus more of your time & energy so you feel more fulfilled at the end of your day!

Mindfulness is the nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. When you are able to mindfully recognize your emotions within yourself and others, it creates a foundation for healthy relationships and improves overall mental health and wellbeing.
This workshop will explore mindful awareness, becoming an “emotion scientist”, putting into practice the RULER method as a tool for navigating your emotions, and strategies for regulating your emotions before they take over!

This workshop digs deeper into the benefits of nature on all aspects of our health. Did you know there is a “prescribed” and recommended amount of time to spend in nature? Attendees will also walk out with a developed plan for getting the “prescribed” amount in nature, as well as tips for getting out of “doing” mode and into “being’ mode, using all of your senses!

What exactly is “sleep hygiene”? Sleep hygiene is a combination of sleeping conditions and lifestyle habits that help you get consistent, uninterrupted sleep. While it may seem obvious that good sleep hygiene is critical for our health and wellbeing, it’s less obvious how to get there. Poor sleep hygiene can be linked to a myriad of chronic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, & depression.
This workshop will focus on the basic but critical behavioral and environmental elements that can elevate your sleep habits & routines.
