Fees & Payment Options

I offer flexible payment options to support your access to care. My goal is to make the process simple and transparent, whether you are using insurance, health savings accounts, or private pay.

Insurance Coverage:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS):
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield. BCBS plans vary, and reimbursement rates are determined by your specific policy. Coverage may include full or partial payment for occupational therapy services.
Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage details, including copayments, deductibles, and session limits.

Superbills Available:
If you have out-of-network benefits with another insurance provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

Private Pay (Self-Pay): For those without insurance or who prefer not to use insurance, I offer private pay rates.

Current Private Pay Rates:

  • Initial Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $145

  • Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes): $110

  • Lifestyle Redesign Program Packages: Custom packages available — contact me for details.

Note: Private pay fees are set independently and may differ from insurance reimbursement rates.

FSA/HSA Accepted

You are also welcome to use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for payment. These accounts often cover occupational therapy services as a qualified medical expense.
