We live in a busy (yang) culture. Yin Yoga offers an invitation to create balance by learning how to slow down, be present, and attend to the needs of our bodies. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that uses long-held, passive poses to gently stretch the deeper connective tissues of the body. This quieter approach encourages mindfulness, flexibility, and joint health while helping to soften and release tension. No prior Yin experience necessary.

Dates: 4 Mondays in February/March, 2026 — 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2

Time: 5:00 - 6:15 pm

Cost: $70 for the 4 week series OR $20/class (if spots available).

Space is limited. Preregistration is required. Minimum of 4 registered participants to facilitate this series.

YOGA for BEGINNERS 4-Week Series:

A welcoming class for beginners and near-beginners, focusing on basic poses, mindful movement, and building confidence on the mat. You’ll be guided through foundational poses with clear instructions, modifications to suit your body, and an emphasis on breath, alignment, and ease. No experience or equipment required—just come as you are.

Dates: 4 Saturdays in February, 2026 — 2/7/2/14, 2/21, 2/28

Time: 9:30-10:45 am

Cost: $70 for the 4 week series OR $20/class (if spots available).
